Custom rig is scattered

Hello. I’m trying to import a Sonic rig, and this is what happened

When its supposed to look like this:

If i position the rig, it breaks and stays in it’s current spot. Any ideas?
There is no fix for this, for me. I need your help, animators, and rig people, and-- man i dont even know what to put here

Someone help, it’s been 2 days without an answer. Man, this category is dying.

I don’t have any idea of what might be happening, I suggest you go and put a lot of joints/welds that connect all of that

This should’ve been put under #help-and-feedback:building-support

Annoyingly, when importing meshes into to roblox, they always import above any other parts rather than at their exact position. The only real solution I know of is to import each one one at a time, then move it off to the side with a 1 stud increment. That way, the spawn area isn’t obstructed when they are inserted and they don’t have their Y coordinate ruined.

I know this is annoying and frustrating and I don’t know roblox feels the need to avoid importing parts inside parts, but I don’t know if there’s an official method other than this hacky one I can suggest.
