When you own 2 or more of one augment type, the craft button will still appear, but grayed out and unable to be pressed. This is to indicate to new players that augments can be crafted up into the next tier.
After pressing the Endless button, you receive this notification: “NOTE: You won’t receive additional credits in Endless Mode.” This was added for clarity (Endless Mode did not give credits in its past version).
Fixed an issue occurring on some mobile devices where hovering over certain elements on the screen, like achievements cards or locked gamemodes, wouldn’t tell you more information about them.
Quality of life
Items may automatically be “pinned” on top of the character, showing the cooldowns so you can better plan around when the items trigger. Currently, only these items are included: Pointing Laser, Piercing Ray, Cross Beam.
If the player already owns 10 or more Common augments for a Day 3 reward, it’ll skip the animation. Same goes for Day 7 and 10+ Uncommons.
Class balancing changes
Negative’s Void Touch weapon applies Void Touch to bosses as a timed effect rather than infinite application.
Blademaster’s core no longer resets equipped swords in shops. This allows the the player to hold onto two swords for as long as they’d like (until arena exit).
Overseer’s core no longer overrides free item rewards with its eye upgrade after defeating a boss. You now choose a free item reward, then upgrade an eye of your choice.
Item balancing changes
Swiss Roll buff: “Reduce ALL damage taken from hits by 15 during a roll and resist negative status effects” (originally 10 damage and no status resistance). This was done to make the item generally much stronger; it can now resist bullets in late-game Brutal Mode as well as any status effect AoEs left by enemies.
Although the lasers have not been changed visually, Pointing Laser and Piercing Ray’s hitbox width has been increased from 1.5 studs → 2.5 studs.
Sinister F.'s price dropped from 310 to 230 coins. At its past price point, it felt too hard to take when items like Fireworks were more competitive with a similar role.
The prices of all ring items have been decreased by about 25%. Rings have a small effect to what you see in shops and the price should reflect that.
Miscellaneous tweaks
Rockets (from the Rocket enemy type and the Fireworks item) now have a fire trail following behind them.
Bombs from the Bomb enemy now have an orange trail behind them, increasing visibility against dark backgrounds (like Highway and Cyber Arenas).
Tomorrow’s bomb attacks have been made more visible as well with a silver-colored trail.
For parity, Tomorrow’s bomb attacks now match the exact same range as Fuse Bombs, the item.
The button to activate Endless Mode now says “ENDLESS” instead of “CONTINUE”.
