Section 1.0 - Content:

1.1 - Who May Post Content:
  • By joining the group, you accept all terms listed in this document.
  • Anyone who has been accepted into the group may post.
  • Anyone in the rank “:grey_question: | Pending” may not post until they are been accepted into the group.
  • Anyone who posts content is responsible for the content they post.

1.2 - Who May Remove Content:

  • All group administrators have the ability to remove content that they determine to be in violation of any terms listed in this document.
  • All group administrators may remove content that they determine to be in violation of any terms and take appropriate action, as listed in Section 4.

Section 2.0 - Communication Guidelines:

2.1 - Offensive Language:

  • Language targeting a single person or group of people that is designed to upset or discriminate against the person or group of people is not tolerated.
  • Obscene language is not permitted
  • “Fighting words” are subject to deletion and possibly a warning.

2.2 - “Spamming”:

  • “Spamming” is the action of sending the same message more than one time.
  • The same message may be posted on the group wall no more than twice.
  • If the same message is posted more than twice and staff determine that it is intrusive, it will be removed and appropriate action will be taken (Section 4).

2.3 - Consecutive Messages:

  • Consecutive messages are allowed in some cases since they can be useful to send more than the character limit or to separate ideas.
  • Consecutive messages that are determined to be used for the purpose of offending (Section 2.1) are not tolerated.
  • Consecutive messages that are determined to be intrusive or used for the purpose of loading the group wall are not tolerated.

2.4 - “Tags”:

  • “Tags” and “Hashtags” refer to the Roblox Moderation System.
  • There are workarounds for the moderation system; however, they are not recommended.
  • Please remove any posts/messages that are not easily understandable because of hashtags or messages that contain more hashtags than other characters. Posts that contain hashtags are permitted; however, they are subject to deletion by group staff members if they are determined to be intrusive.

2.5 - Self-Promoting:

  • Self promoting of any kind including advertising and promoting another group or game is not permitted.

Section 3.0 - Group Rank Guidelines:

3.1 - Ranks and Their Purposes
Note: rank names may appear differently on the group

  • Pending

Description: users who are new to the group or users who have been banned from the group.
How to obtain: either by joining the group, or becoming banned from the group.
Abilities in group: view the group

  • Not Verified

Description: users who have been accepted into the group but have not obtained another rank.
How to obtain: manual approval required by group staff.
Abilities in group: all abilities of previous ranks with the addition of posting on the group wall.

  • Active

Description: users who are active in the group.
How to obtain: must post a minimum of 1 time every 7 days. Users who do not post for 2 consecutive weeks will be removed from this rank.
Abilities in group: all abilities of previous ranks.

  • VIP

Description: users who have made a donation to the group.
How to obtain: purchase any item from the group store and make group staff aware on the group wall.
Abilities in group: all abilities of previous ranks plus the ability to change the group shout.

  • Theme Creators (Staff)

Description: users who make themes for the group.
How to obtain: not open to new members at this time.
Abilities in group: all abilities of previous ranks plus the ability to create group items.

  • Contributors

Description: users who have made a contribution to the group.
How to obtain: up to the owner discretion.
Abilities in group: all abilities of previous ranks.

  • Administrators (Staff)

Description: staff members who manage the group.
How to obtain: not open to new members at this time.
Abilities in group: all abilities of previous ranks plus the ability to delete posts and the ability to change user ranks.

3.2 - Staff

  • Staff members reserve the right to delete posts and change ranks of users who violate any terms.
  • Do not disrespect staff members.

Section 4.0 - Enforcement of Rules:

4.1 - Warnings:

  • Violations of any section will result in a warning.
  • No more than 2 warnings will be given for Section 2 violations (with the exception for Section 2.1. If Section 2.1 is violated, only one warning will be given before other actions are taken).
  • If one post has multiple violations, there may be multiple warnings issued, up to the staff members discretion.
  • When a warning is issued, there will be a message posted on the group wall stating the user, warning number, and warning reason, including the specific section violated. The content violating one or more terms may be removed.

4.2 - Temporary and Permanent Bans:

  • A second violation of Section 2.1 will result in a temporary ban.
  • A third violation of any other section will result in a temporary ban.
  • Temporary ban durations are up to the owner’s discretion (no more than 7 days).
  • Permanent bans are up to the owner’s discretion.
  • A permanent ban may occur if a user violates any terms after he or she has already been temporarily banned.

Warning and ban history is forgiven after 28 days with no violations
