Doesn’t really seem like a Cyberpunk style render, it looks more like the dark streets of modern day Japan.
Try adding in futuristic elements in such as holograms, and this would look more like Cyberpunk.
Overall it’s good looking in render.

Agreed, looks more like a 1940s chicago alley way combined with modern japan.

The lighting is amazing, but it does not fit the theme of Cyberpunk that well as it looks like a modern-day alley. You should add more futuristic elements.
