Cylinders drag at a .5 stud offset unless their dimensions are even. Balls also do this.
I believe this was originally intended, as it allows you to attach wheels to things and have them jut off slightly, allowing contact with the ground. Not sure why it still exists nowadays, given the option to simply change increments.
There is no .5 stud increment. There should be and there isn’t.
