About Us
Da Vinci’s is an Italian-styled, family-run business on Roblox. At Da Vinci’s, we aim to give our customers and staff an authentic Italian experience in the comfort of their own homes! Da Vinci’s was established by Isabella Da Vinci’s great-grandfather, Carlos Da Vinci, @IsabellaDaVinci is the former owner of the restaurant, and it has since been passed down to her son @uhcx_llum.

| Customer - A customer or fan of Da Vinci’s. |
| Business Partner - A representative from an affiliated group. |
| Noteworthy Customer - An individual who has contributed to the group significantly. |
| Staff Ranks |
|---|
| Intern - A new member of the Da Vinci’s staff team, interns are untrained and cannot work at the restaurant until they have completed their respective training. |
| Host/Hostess - Welcomes customers into Da Vinci’s and guides them to their table. |
| Waiter/Waitress - Takes down customers orders, prepares drinks, and serves customers when their food is ready. |
| Bar Staff - Responsible for serving drinks to customers when seated at the bar counter, this rank can only be obtained by gamepass though you must be Intern+ to use it. |
| Chef - Responsible for making all food orders that have been placed by a waiter/waitress. |

Purchase Policy
When purchasing a gamepass or rank you automatically agree to adhere to this policy and if you fail to follow the policy you agree to the consequences that will be imposed on your account.
Revocation:
- When deemed necessary, Da Vinci’s can revoke your access to the gamepass or remove you from the purchased rank without any prior warning. Revocation is only used in certain circumstances and if you believe the circumstances of your revocation is incorrect then we advise you to contact us via Twitter. To avoid any revocation we advise all players to adhere to the regulations stipulated in the handbook.
