Err, i’m not quite sure, but if it’s just doing a Robloxian fading upon a button click, it’s a very simple idea and i’m pretty sure no one can set a copyright on such a thing.
You are allowed to be inspired or doing remake attempts, you will only get trouble at using contents you didn’t created from scratch.

No, this is not copyrighted. Feel free to do it. If you were making a “tomodachi life” remake, sure there may be some issues that arise, similar to Pokemon Brick Bronze. However, a character fading when you erase data is not copyrightable
Copyright protection extends to works of artistic creation. This includes:
Music — songs, arrangements, scores, recordings, etc
Writing — novels, poems, stories, journalism, plays, blog posts, etc
Visual art — painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, etc
Dance choreography
Movies
Computer software
Architecture.
This is not a full list, however they cannot copyright something as simple as a character fading when data is erased.

Topic doesn’t make sense. You want a fading character when data is erased, yet you don’t want data erase scripts. By that last bit, do you mean you aren’t looking to get code? This category isn’t for that so you wouldn’t get scripts.
No, the idea is not copyrighted. Not sure what would make you think it is. The mechanic does not contain any brand content, it is simply an aesthetic choice used in a Nintendo game. It is fine for you to use.
