Today I started building a Sci-Fi hallway. I am going to add more detail ETC. but here is what it looks like so far. What do you think I should add?

You should decorate the walls and change the color of the lighting to a bright color. Also you can add some wires.

good but bland, try adding details too the pillars and instead of the whole floor being diamond plate have a path with the middle being diamond plate and the outter metal also details on the walls and possible details on the lights
Along with what other people told you, you should also maybe use some custom textures, they really bring a great look to most builds.
Those pillars are always the same and there are a ton of them in that hallway. In my opinion you should put a fewer of them, and also try to have the same amount of space beetween them.
And of course, layers ! What I mean by that is that you should add much more details such as wires, boxes, lights, doors, ventilations, there are a lot of possibilites
