Just expand the grass a bit so it does over the mud edges.
Also, make the colours slightly darker.

maybe add low poly trees and bushes to make this look better

I know that I am not the best at Building though you could use the Terrain Mesher Plugin to mkae better low-poly builds…

Resize the tops of the borders to make it more variated and I suggest changing the colors as it’s too vibrant in my opinion. You could also add some variation to the ground height and more elements to make the map look more interesting.
