Yes, you are allowed. Just don’t purposely copy any real person’s full name. If it’s a coincidence, it shouldn’t be a problem. (convidering how many names exist in the world)
If you don’t reference that person directly, it should be fine.
Don’t give any other information that can lead to their full name and other personal information being revealed.
I think it depends on the surname. I’ve seen people use Mountbatten, Windsors, Smith, etc. But I assume some like non-famous surname might be tagged.
You can put any “real” name (first + last name) as long as those characters are fictional and cannot be used to identify anyone in real life.
As an extreme example, you could even use your own first and last name for a character in your game, as nobody can technically trace that back to your Roblox avatar, e.g., your personal information.
But what if, by chance, a real person’s name is used unknowingly?
If my name were John Smith and there was a John Smith in-game, how would a random Roblox character with my real name, by coincidence, help to identify me (the real-life John Smith) in person?
