Deprecate Mesh.VertexColor and add Mesh.VertexColor3

This isn’t necessarily a problem or anything, but I find it weird that I have to use a Vector3 for something that should be a Color3 in my scripts, and I feel like I should be able to use the color picker on a Mesh’s VertexColor.

I’d also wish there was a way to color mesh textures without making them darker. Plis?
