[SUPER FUN EDITION!] takes the notion of an obby one step further - with free admin at 250 upvotes, an Admin gamepass for a mere 150 robux, and various gamepasses that allow you to skip levels and progress through the game with even less than the already sub-par amount of effort needed to complete the game, Starmarine614 has done an amazing job at innovating the obstacle course game genre. Ok so we are going as far as making immature sarcastic posts about each other? I make quality games, and my friend MonkrysGhost gave me the obby as a gift. It got front page, is there a problem with that? Is there a problem with me giving away free admin? This post is appalling and childish.
I agree - you do make quality games, which is why I was utterly disappointed when I looked on the games page to see…this. It’s like, the manifestation of what’s wrong with most Roblox games. You’ve got a thumbnail and name that just leeches off of another thing’s popularity(in this case, Despicable Me) whilst having nothing to do with the game itself, various gamepasses that scream “pay2win”, and to top it all off - it isn’t even your game. Alright, understood - you’re hosting it for a friend. Alright then, why? Why would you host his game and sell things for it if his version got shut down? Don’t you think that there was a reason his game got shut down? I have trouble fathoming why you would put up a game like this on your profile when your games are of superior quality to…this.
Anyway, this thread was so obnoxious what was the point of it, as Star he makes quality games and he doesn’t need this, so what he got front page with an obstacle course? Is that the end of the world? #FARMGANG
Anyway, if he didn’t advertise or thumbs up bot it and it got to front page purely from seeing the game on his profile, I reckon that it’s ok. Games that should be taken of the front page are games that are falsely advertise, or thumbs up botted.
I made sure game passes work, and all of that. His scripting went wrong on his game passes, calm down. It’s just a obby thats better than most stuff on the front page anyway. If you look at, most people who make quality games have at least one game that isn’t “amazing” but has lots of popularity. This was just so just unneeded and out of line and shouldn’t of been posted. Be mature and PM me your issues with me and my games, don’t try calling me out on a forum.

It was satirical. Yes, Starmarine614 does make quality games(I believe I stated this somewhere in my second paragraph on this thread). I don’t care if he got front page with an obstacle course - that’s not the point. The point is that:
A ) It isn’t his game, and the game was already put under review on his friend’s account.
B ) The game uses an irrelevant title and thumbnails
C ) It isn’t the type of quality one would expect to see from him. I mean, I’ve always known him to host fun, articulate games on his profile, but then I look and he has a pay to win obstacle course up? It just doesn’t seem right.
A) It was given to me to host, which gives me 100% right to use it.
B) There are Despicable me characters in the obby.
C) You don’t have to pay to win? That s for people who are lazy, and just want to purchase to get a head start.
I am not arguing with you any longer, do your research on something before you make accusations.

Huh, my original intent was never to call you out - it started out as a sarcastic review of what I felt was a game that fit into the current popular roblox game meta. I suppose I should apologize for turning this into what now seems like a personal attack. Allow me to sleep now, for it is 5:15 AM, and I will relay a more…drawn out, apology when I awake.
The thread was overly obnoxious, but I feel it is perfectly valid to ask ‘why the hell?’ If you have an obby for a friend and to get some extra popularity, that’s fine. Build A Plane Challenge got me to front page, was a launch pad for getting Innovation popular. However, I don’t appreciate you using a fake thumbnail and ‘X like for free admin!’ when you know how we all feel about fakery and baiting likes determining front page.
Oh boohoo, my game has a picture from the movie it was based off of. That does absolutely no harm, and I baited yes. Excuse me for using a method of getting players, why don’t you try it? I am not scamming, hurting, or doing anything wrong. If Roblox players want to play a game with a despicable me thumbnail, then thats what they choose to play. How is it a fake thumbnail? It pertained to the the game. Am I supposed to make have a boring lava jump with a a minion as the thumbnail, or the main character in a dress as a thumbnail? You obviously don’t realize that the community of Roblox doesn’t want the quality games we play. Just because you wouldn’t do things my way, doesn’t mean I am in the wrong doing. We have 2 different opinions, and I am leaving it at that. I am front page 24/7 and don’t need this game front page, but it happened. Sorry it doesn’t meet your standards, but the community chose that they want to play with that.
