If you have streaming enabled on with MinimumRadiusPause
and CharacterAutoLoads set to false
then trying to prompt a dev product while your character is unloaded won’t work
the bug DOESN’T happen in studio, it needs to be published place

im not sure as we just switched to streaming enabled

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for providing a clear minimal repro place.
We already have a fix for this issue in process, and hope to enable it within the next week or two. In the meantime you should be able to avoid the issue by setting StreamingIntegrityMode to disabled if that is a viable solution for you. (It may not be in your case).
We enabled the fix for this issue earlier today. Can you confirm the problem no longer occurs for you?
