Im Rac, my account was banned for buying a comission gamepass for ~350K Robux. The ban is for “buying, selling, or trading Robux or virtual Roblox items outside of the Roblox website.”. I was banned about 14 hours after buying the Gamepass.
I have submitted a Ticket to Roblox support about 4 days ago, detailing my case and also giving Image proof of chat logs + me buying the gamepass, but I have yet to recieve an answer.
Im pretty scared that Roblox Support will just give me the AI message treatment. Is there anything I can do?
honestly good thing you’re talking about it on devforum cuz you’re right about the ai moderation. roblox support is just a huge gamble at this point. hope u get your account back bro
Yea.. decals and models were always a thing that i uploaded from alt accounts to avoid situations like this. Atleast you got it sorted out rather quickly
It was not one of my smartest moments. I just wasnt thinking much of it as Developers generally pay a lot in comissions as gamepasses. I know that I was wrong to put that much trust into Roblox, but ill be glad aslong as I’ll get this sorted out
i think those are for lower robux payouts. Because I used to use those too. but 20 million is alittle more than low. Use groups instead next time. All you can do now is either get attention on twitter or hope the AI gives you mercy
The reason i didnt resort to Group payouts was that i was on % which was automatically paid out to me over a few months. Besides my own personally passion project groups, I did not have group funds.
I see, idk about this idea cuz ive never tried it and all but. couldnt you make a group, then a game, then a gamepass, set it whatever amount, buy said gamepass, then have group funds to payout? obviously this would be longer but hypothetically would it be safer?
Apparently, buying a very high robux gamepass that is no use would probably risk your account being terminated. Roblox thinks it’s suspicious so they terminate your account for a reason. Also I recommend using group payouts for very high robux commissions or splitting the robux into smaller sections per week on gamepasses (not daily because roblox could think as suspicious)
According to Reddit, you’re not the only one, people bought high valued gamepasses and they’ve been terminated.
If it has been 4 days with no response and you are considering making a reply, then I myself would do so. If I were to be honest, I had a ticket open not too long ago and I have not heard anything in 4 weeks lmao so I would not wait too long. But then again, I’m not sure how much it will do for you
They will answer, but for sure it will be an AI bot that will say that there is nothing it can do to help. Roblox deliberately delays the answers so that you lose interest in your problem, the delay can be up to half a month.
I feel like replying to the message opening dirrectly with sending them more context might have messed some stuff up
