Random asset / avatar thumbails on the website are showing default place icon

Split from: Camera Location Broken For Some Profile Pictures - #19 When viewing the 2D view of moderated avatars on the profile page, the default place icon is shown instead of a more appropriate unavailable/moderated image thumbnail. The headshot appears to be [ Content Deleted ] but the actual image has changed to one of the default place icons weirdly [image]
