Developer Pumpkin of the Manor erroneously deleted

This issue applies to the Developer Pumpkin of the Manor, awarded to contributors of The Haunt event.
Expected Behavior:
Item should not be deleted.
Actual Behavior:
It’s deleted.

Hope this is fixed! A friend of mine with the item has been complaining about it the entire day lol

Would just like to add more info to this—it seems that the texture being falsely deleted led to the item itself getting deleted.

Item has been reinstated (thank you!), but the texture is still deleted, which leads to the item having an untextured appearance on the site and ingame.
