I think you might want to provide payment in the post rather than having developers DM or join your Discord server! Hope you find some developers!

Are you only looking for a Lead Artist? If not then can you give information on what each role will be doing?

You should add more information to the About Us.You are looking for Builders and Scripters and can you provide details on what the builders and scripters will be creating in the game?

Building off of what @BunnyThatsAHoney said, you should highly consider expanding the job description section and “Payment” section of the original post.

As the famous saying goes “time is money”. Your time is likely valuable. Our time is valuable. To save everyone time, posting a detailed description of what each person will be doing (builder role or scripter role) as well as a breakdown of payment plan, currency (R$ vs. USD), and amount helps us quickly assess whether or not this is a job we as developers are interested in.

That way we save you time by choosing not to apply if we’re not interested, rather than starting up an interview and potentially wasting your time if we end up not pursuing the job. Information upfront helps us more quickly gauge what you’re looking for and what you’re offering.

Best of luck otherwise!
