About Us
Hi there! We are running two Roblox groups, J.D. Wetherspoon and BROADWICK LIVE, with the goal of creating realistic 18+ style pub and nightclub experiences on Roblox.
We want to push the boundaries of realism on the platform by delivering fully functional roleplay games based on real-world venues and inspired designs. Each venue will be released as its own standalone game.

About The Job
We are looking for a full development team to join and help bring this ambitious project to life. This will include:
• Builders / Environment Designers – Realistic pubs, nightclubs, interiors & exteriors.
• Scripters – Bar systems, ticketing, ID checks, economies, DJ systems.
• UI Designers – Immersive and modern interfaces.
• Animators – Drink pouring, DJing, crowd interactions.
We expect weekly progress updates via Discord and strong communication skills. This project is long-term, with multiple venues planned.
Payment
We are offering a 40% ongoing revenue share initially across the development team, divided fairly based on contribution.
• Revenue share will increase as the development team grows, potentially going as high as 70%, ensuring fairness and rewarding contributions.
• No upfront payment; revenue share only.
• Ownership of the groups & projects remains with me.
This project will feature gamepasses, dev products, and VIP options, ensuring strong monetisation for long-term earnings.
