DevEx always shows "10,000 eligible" even after weeks

Hi Roblox team,

I wanted to report a possible bug with the DevEx section in Creator Hub.

For the past month, my DevEx page has been stuck showing “10,000 eligible” — and it hasn’t changed at all, even after checking multiple times over several weeks. I understand there might be a 72-hour delay in updating the data, but in my case, it’s been over a month with no update.

What’s strange is that I’ve continued to earn Robux during this time, but the eligible amount still hasn’t changed. It seems like the system isn’t refreshing or reflecting the actual earnings.

Would appreciate it if someone could take a look!

Hi there, on my end I do not see any bug here when looking at the earned Robux data for your account.

Please private message me explaining what income you think is not being counted as eligible that you think should be counted in more detail.
