Devex Calculation not using 18+ payrate and also the pre-Sept. 2025 payrate?

Hi,

I have never used the DevEx system before and was recently paid Robux from a friend through their game communities for work I had done for them.

I am aware that Roblox updated their pay rates and that there is a new β€œ18+” pay rate. The Robux I have now came in two transactions, one for 30,000 Robux not part of the new pay rate and one for 20,000 Robux that is part of the new pay rate according to what the transactions page shows.

When I go to the DevEx page, the calculations do not show the USD value I will receive based on what I am as of now understanding that I should be receiving. Is there a reason for this? Is this a Roblox issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Expected behavior

I expected 20,000 Robux to be eligible for the new 18+ pay rate, according to what the transaction page payout information shows. I also expected for the remaining Robux to be eligible for the post-Sept. 2025 pay rate, but I am now understanding that the Robux might be β€œold” or obtained last year before the pay rate update.

Oh my god. If only I had just scrolled down a bit. Does this explain it?

Hey - it certainly does! Hoping that by now it’s reflecting the correct balances?

Yes, it is correct now. My apologies. I completely missed that blue box before making this post.
