On the roblox creator dashboard, it says you can be eligible to devex if you’re 13+. However, when going through with signing up with tipalti, it says you need to be minimum 18+… anyone know a solution to this?
Also, how long do I have to wait after requesting a devex for it to be refunded to my account? I didn’t mean to actually make a transaction, just to sign up.
You can either be 18+ yourself, or 13+ and have an adult (parent/guardian) fill out the form on your behalf.
It may take a while for the requested DevEx to be refunded, as it’s the time it takes for the processing of a first time request, which I assume you believe will be rejected, plus a couple of days for the actual refund.
You may need to wait a couple of weeks.
