Hello, I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. Roblox Support hasn’t been helping, and every time I try to DevEx, my requests keep getting declined for “not eligible.”
Here’s my income from the past 90 days, entirely from Creator Rewards and Pass. This issue has been going on for over 300 days now, and Roblox keeps holding all my earnings without any clear reason or explanation. I do receive the Robux, but except spend them on avatar item i can’t do anything. Over 13 million Robux total.
I really need help. I need a proper contact at Roblox who can actually look into this. This situation is seriously affecting my mental health and personal life. I’ve spent thousands of hours learning Roblox development, building games, and improving my skills, i got success. Only to have all my legitimate earnings withheld. I feel like totally exploited.
Roblox is currently holding over $40,000 USD that I earned fairly, and my messages keep getting ignored. Please, I just want a real solution.
I feel as if I’m asking for something illegitimate, even though what I’m asking for is perfectly legitimate. I just want to receive the revenue I’ve rightfully earned, yet I’m not being considered or acknowledged by Roblox, no one seems to care.
I just want to be able to DevEx the Robux I’ve worked for. These Robux didn’t magically appear on my account, I earned them through effort and dedication. I’ve processed hundreds of thousands of transactions, and my game has reached over a hundred million visits, bringing millions of players to Roblox. Yet, I still can’t receive the reward for my own work.
The Tipalti side is fine, but according to the latest “feedback” i got from Support, Roblox is treating all my earnings as donations and may have even red-flagged my account for unknown reasons. I just want someone at Roblox to explain what’s happening and help resolve this situation. Instead, it feels like no one genuinely cares they just continue to hold all my income as if it’s their work.
“Not Eligible” happens when the DevEx team thinks you have not actually earned the Robux fairly,
But in this case from what i see you have earned the Robux Legit,
So what you must do is prove it to the DevEx team, like showing the games you earned the Robux from and such via email, You can attempt making a support ticket for the DevEx Team, and then providing proof in a Youtube video or such about your work and similar, if they do not respond to your newly created support ticket after several weeks, try looking for an older DevEx ticket that they have responded to and is still open and then making the inquiry there/such,
If the DevEx Team does not respond for a long time even if replying to old tickets that are still open and such, then you will have to relay on messaging people which are in the Top 50 Engaging Experiences Community Server for help (pretty sure i cant say the name of such platform here even if Roblox and them are business partners).
“Top 50 Engaging Experiences”, not “Top 50 Engaging Experiences+”, because i heard they give human support faster or so in “Top 50 Engaging Experiences”.
I’ve recently gathered evidence, including several videos and other supporting materials. I’m still waiting for a response from Support via the tickets I submitted through the Roblox website. I would like to avoid using an old ticket, as I didn’t appreciate how the previous interlocutors completely ignored my problem, so I’d like to start a new conversation from a better base with evidence.
Thank you again for your help, I sincerely hope this situation can be resolved. Today, I continue developing games using other account because I don’t know i feel personally rejected from this platform., but I live with the constant anxiety of being unfairly treated again and again by Roblox. This situation slows down my work, drains my energy, and is mentally exhausting
The game you showed the earnings of revolves around The Simpsons, which is copyrighted by Disney. I feel as though that invalidates all of the robux you earned, but of course Roblox would rather keep the game up and wait for Disney to take action. If you had permission to use The Simpsons content though, I hope this gets resolved!
Are you implying that Roblox purposely exploit my work, my time and my effort for their profit, waiting for disney to down the game ? Do you think they don’t care about the developers at this point ? Don’t you think they could have explained me the situation privately and find a solution ? This would be very, very bad manipulation
Unfortunately, yes, I believe that’s what they’re doing. I’ve seen it happening for years. I’ve seen Roblox terminate users and keep their games up even if the game is what got them terminated. They must be keeping it up for the money, or else why wouldn’t they remove the game too? It’s terrible.
I mean, it’s difficult for me to jump into this conclusion because you know it would be very weird behaviour. But yea, i don’t know, i doubt it but it may be true
In the mail it says “If your request amount includes funds from donations…”
Here is my two cents.
Of your total of 13 million Robux, could perhaps a few 100k be donations?
That means that if you try and DevEx everything it will be denied since that amount would include funds from donations. That doesn’t mean that all 13 million is considered donations. But you can’t DevEx everything because that would include funds from donations. And then the whole DevEx request would be denied.
Might be worth a try to DevEx for example 10 million Robux which would when not include the potential donations you might have received.
I have tried different amount of Robux from 500k to 5 million, unfortunatly, and none of my Robux come from donation. 0 Robux. They are all coming from a single game (like 99.99%)
Yes, the game respectfully uses an existing IP, The Simpsons, and everyone is aware of that. But that does not justify Roblox keeping all of the income my game generates. This simply doesn’t make sense, and I hope you can understand how unfair this situation is.
I created this game with passion and invested an enormous amount of time and effort into it. Keeping all the revenue that comes from my work is deeply unjust. I am only asking for the share I rightfully earned
