Hi Im Legendary, its my first time Im going to be DevEx’ing so I need some help with filling out the form.
I want to fill out my DevEx Tax Form but Im unable to do it because I dont know how to fill out the Part II and Part III I have given on the Image:
For Part II, I got no idea what these mean and how to fill them. Also Im from Turkey.
For Part III, How do I sign or do I need to sign and put my name?
I got 4 more days so please I need help asap

I would recommend contacting Roblox support (although it may be a bit late now). There’s a category specifically for tax form questions
They require me to put my Parent-guardian somewhat I didnt get what they meant
About the being late situation:
I think i will be able to reapply after my robux gets refunded, right . . ?
I assume you are listed as being under 18 in your Roblox account, in which case you would need to have a parent/guardian contact Roblox. I assume that they would need to use the Roblox Support page, with the email field being their own. (I’m not 100% sure on how they would prove they are your parents/guardians)
