Devex Name Change + Support Category Missing

Hello developers!

I’ve been meaning to Dev-Ex for a while now, and I have incorrectly submitted the first name field in the Dev-Ex Request (on the creator page). When trying to go to support to fix the name (trying to change it to my parent’s name instead of mine), there is a lack of a category for a support ticket.

Is there any way to access the option or change my name on the request manually? Thanks!

You have to mention you want to do a name change, mention the new name and the issue clearly, Roblox support will then put it in the right category/such for the DevEx Team.
Aka something like this/similar is what they most likely respond with initially (after automated mail)

I actually did this in the past when I put my name instead of my mother’s since I was under the age of 18. I am unsure exactly what I did to create the ticket, but it was for the DevEx Team. I apologize if that did not answer your question, but I can tell you the process!

After checking my old tickets, which happened 5 years ago, I submitted a ticket, and they have noticed that my request was different than what appeared on the Tipalti Portal.

They needed me to complete an ID verification with my mom and me, within a timeframe, or else the Devex request will be declined, and the Devex portal may become blocked. They were nice enough to decline the request for now until I had my ID ready for them. Kudos to Walter and Robin!

I did not have an ID at the time, so waking up at 7 in the morning to head to the PA DMV was an absolute nightmare.

If you are curious about how long it took, it was 20 days, but keep in mind, it was about an additional 10 days since I did not have an ID.
