My first Devex went through smoothly, took a whole 30 days but that was due to me not understanding the system and messing up
Now for my 2nd Devex
Around 13 days ago (on the first) i applied for a Devex, it is now the 13th of January and i have nill to show
Now i’m frustrated, but from some googling I realise they have a long standing history of offering garbage support for Devex (Also some experience xD)
Could someone who has done Devex multiple times tell me what to expect? cuz Roblox obviously won’t until they get sued again or something duhh
Surely this can’t be normal right? I had a trip planned which I was gonna enjoy my devex money on but got trolled and did jack there (Neither did I get a reply for my email asking 'bout it)
They were on break for the holidays, can’t remember when employees got back to the office, but they likely had a backlog when they got back. Online some people take a few days, weeks, or months. Very wide span
That said, there could be an issue with your specific request and we wouldn’t much know.
I’ve never devexd, but I looked up previous issues like this and found that info. Maybe contacting support would help, if that’s different than the devex people you reached out to.
I know people who withdrew in December and they still haven’t got their money yet. Just wait, usually. The month of December and January for Roblox isn’t a great time to devex. I did dev-ex around the 5th or 6th of Jan, and mine still hasn’t been processed, so yeah.
me and another guy have been waiting for about 2-3 weeks since the holiday break, so it’s likely there is a backlog that the team needs to get through first
Wish there was a way to at least known the status of your devex request though, rather than being in the dark about it.
