I submitted a DevEx 2 weeks ago and didn’t get a confirmation email about submitting the DevEx and Roblox support won’t help, I just keep getting this response that I need to select “DevEx” despite sending the support ticket from DevEx over 5 times. And if you are wondering if I used the right email this is the 2nd DevEx attempt and I made sure to copy and paste directly gmail using the email attached to my roblox account. Im starting to think I just wont get the DevEx.

Im sorry but you need keep trying getting a real human responce, witch is nearly impossible at this point.
I’ve managed to get a human response and all they did was ignore my problem and told me when to expect my DevEx and how to receive it which was not at all what the email I sent had anything to do with. Even the human support is completely useless.
Tell him that you need this help or you will HAVE do this promlem public, trying to get help from dev forum/youtube or any other platform.
they will instantly be scared and have a high chance getting help.
