DevEx request denied for "failed to complete Tipalti registration", but Roblox didn't email me

Literally what am I supposed to do about this? They didn’t send me an email to join the portal, which is literally the only way to access the portal. (Before you ask, I know how to check my email, I literally was not sent one.) I waited about three weeks just to get denied because Roblox messed up?

If they deny you for that, i assume make a support ticket and ask the DevEx team why you didnt receive a register link when u got initially accepted/similar, DevEx team via support (for me) normally takes less than 7 days to respond

Support: Roblox Support (ensure to pick the right category/subcategory/similar)

In the DevEx portal you will have to enter your information, complete a tax form and similar once your DevEx account is registered.
Ensure all information is correct always, if entering information in the DevEx form, all information must pretty much exactly match how its entered in the DevEx portal otherwise you will get rejected most likely.

I waited another 2 weeks: they didn’t respond to my support ticket at all, but decided to deny my request again for the same reason, and yet again I literally did not receive an email from them and thus could not complete the registration. Only the best support on this website.

Nope—in fact, they denied my request for a third time and I still haven’t gotten an email back from support! It’s been just about 3 weeks.

If you’ve already checked your email and contacted support, I don’t know what else you can really do. It’s unusual for them to not reply after 3 weeks… did you ever receive the automated confirmation email that your ticket went through? Maybe double check the emails are matching up?

If you do end up getting a response, you should ask them to directly reply with a new Tipalti Portal registration link because you’re not receiving invitations through the normal system.

I had a similar issue in the past (back in 2019) and got support to reply with a new registration link (had to specifically ask them to). But they initially responded to me in 3 business days so it’s strange for them to be silent after 3 weeks.

MINE WAS DENIED TODAY TOO FOR THE THIRD TIME!! This is insane. I’ve been trying to cash out since Jan 22nd!!

I received the exact same email including the odd “INSERT DATE” text. Its been months and after all that waiting, this is the only response I got instead of a proper one lol

Having this same issue, been denied 8 times, trying separate emails did not help. Sent multiple support tickets with the oldest being a month old, no response.
