I submitted a DevEx request in 6/30/2025 and able to get the funds to my account as it is subsequently approved the following days, however the page says that I cannot DevEx at this month but in the guidelines, you are able to as the request is the one that dictates when you can DevEx, why is that?
It should tell me that I can DevEx this month, as per say from the guidelines that the submission of requests dictates when you can DevEx the next time.
You submitted the request on 6/30, however the request was approved some days later, and I’m assuming the cooldown starts from the date of approval rather than the date of submission. So you’ll likely need to wait until next month to DevEx, unfortunately
This shouldn’t be the case, this same year I devex’d around 03/30 and it was approved at 04/01, and I was able to DevEx that same month at 04/16, unless this is a visual bug since I currently do not have the funds to do another DevEx, this should follow its intended behavior.
As for this instance, it happened because you are in the Philippines, and due to the 15-hour time difference it was still March in California (Roblox HQ) when your DevEx was approved. Meaning you used the DevEx request for March and not April. Very lucky.
