Hi, Just wanted to ask if everyone is having the same issue on devex, I just got rejected 3 times for devex requests
Have you ever been able to DevEx? Also, how was the Robux earned?

No, This is my first time, Robux earned by Community Payout
Community payout as in Roblox groups, correct? If the robux was earned through clothing sales, it’s nondevexable as far as I know. If the Robux was earned through donations, it can’t be devexed. It needs to be earned through Gamepasses, Developer Products, UGC, Premium Payouts (or the brand new creator payouts) for it to be eligible. If you meet all those requirements, try DevExing a smaller amount first just to see if it works.

I’ve tried it with a lower amount of Robux, and this email appears, it looks like it’s not going to the Devex portal? I’m really confused and my Robux was returned.
Did you use the correct email? I accidentally would put in my Roblox email and not the email associated with my DevEx account.

Yes, I am using email correctly.
Double check that your billing info is 100% correct along with your account number. Make absolutely sure it’s the correct email, if that still doesn’t work for some reason, you might have to open a support ticket. They might take awhile to reply.
