I am unable to submit a new DevEx request because the system says my previous request is still pending, even though I have already received the payment.

The error message displayed is:
“Your DevEx request submitted on 3/6/2026 is Pending.”
However, I was already paid on March 20, 2026. Since the system still considers it “Pending,” I am blocked from submitting any new DevEx requests.
You’ll need to give it a few more days for the system to update the status to “Completed.” This delay is normal with DevEx requests and is just part of the processing time on Roblox’s end.
Also, keep in mind that you can only submit one DevEx request per month, so even once it updates, you won’t be able to submit another until next month.
The status will update from “Pending” to “Completed” within the next few days. This is not a bug.
