I contacted roblox support about changing the name on my devex request however it has been 11 days and they still havent responded even though it says that it should take 2-5 days. Should I create a new ticket or is this normal and should I just wait?

Currently in the same boat. Have you gotten a reply from them? Been a month since Ive sent the ticket
Yeah I got a reply after like 3 weeks.
I know this post is old and just had this popped up. Any who though, most of the time you should wait because they have way too many tickets to be doing. I had to wait about 2 weeks for a Legal question to be answered.
If it has been like 3~ weeks or higher, its not always bad to send a follow up to see what’s going on. If there’s no answer, then that means they have too many tickets on their system.
