Has anyone contacted the DevEx Team after their vacation? I’ve been sending requests since January 2nd and haven’t received any response so far. Every time I get an automatic reply saying that I will be contacted within 2-5 days, but nothing happens. I’m wondering if this is just me or if someone else has the same problem?
My account is blocked because of 2FA and I can’t update the payment information I need, and I’ve been without DevEx for 2 months now, which is very uncool

I tried to ask another suppport team what should i do if devex team not reply to me and they just redirect my ticket to devex team that is pointless, why you redirect me to devex team if i said that they not reply to me
