DevEx Team Support

Has anyone contacted the DevEx Team after their vacation? I’ve been sending requests since January 2nd and haven’t received any response so far. Every time I get an automatic reply saying that I will be contacted within 2-5 days, but nothing happens. I’m wondering if this is just me or if someone else has the same problem?

My account is blocked because of 2FA and I can’t update the payment information I need, and I’ve been without DevEx for 2 months now, which is very uncool

Is it kind of joke, there are jan 30 already and my first ticket was on jan 2
I tried to ask another suppport team what should i do if devex team not reply to me and they just redirect my ticket to devex team that is pointless, why you redirect me to devex team if i said that they not reply to me :upside_down_face:
i wonder what happening in roblox support team and why it is so bad

So after 2.5 months i got reply from support and now i need to verify my personality to unlock my tipalti :tada:

Today i got my account unlocked

Its over, thank every support member who did this far long road with me
