Devforum won't let me to connect on my phone + Roblox misconfusing the Premium membership

Hello I would like to report bugs about two different things happenning to my account for unknown reason and I wonder if they are linked.
The first thing is I can’t connect to my devforum account through my mobile phone because devforum thinks my email is not validated which is not true and is confusing since right now I’m on PC.

The second thing is I received an email of losing Premium on a dead account which has been terminated since 2021 (which wasn’t moderated properly but there’s no point in saying so).
The date of expiration makes no sense and I checked to see if it was a fake roblox email and it doesn’t look like. I’m pretty sure it’s not my current account because I purchased premium 12 days ago…

My theory is that Roblox has, for some strange reason, mixed up my terminated account (which I no longer have access to) with my current account because both used the same email to use the devforum but not at the same time. And it looks like Roblox has reallocated my mail to my dead account because it was the first to use it?

Currently, I don’t want to change the email on my Ryxku account because I’m accustomed to working with it, and I never had any issues until now. Yes, I did disconnect from my mobile device a few months ago because I suspected I was being hacked.

Could be decent to regain access to my old account so I can change the email address, which might solve the DevForum email login problem.

I fear this is not the right place for your latter issue. Though, I may be able to answer that one.

It seems to be that a policy change had roblox send out an email en-masse if you had items on sale, as they changed how sale items are handled, and it was simply a notification. There is no issue for your terminated account or your current one. I have an account that was RTD and I also got that email.

For the former issue, I have multiple accounts on my main email for which this account is registered; I have never had this issue, and it’s probably as easy as re-verifying your email by removing and re-adding it. If you have not tried that, try it first.

I think it would be better to address this bug report of being unable to login on Developer Forum through #forum-help:forum-bugs as it can be more addressed by one of the engineers, especially by Hooksmith
