To be honest, I reset my laptop yesterday. Since then, whenever I open Roblox, I usually get kicked out of my account and have no choice but to relog in, which is so annoying.
I want to ask if resetting devices lead to this situation. And how can i fix it?

I’m pretty sure when you do reset a device, ALL local data is wiped/reset, which means that to Roblox’s view, your device is completely unknown. I think some ways of making it trusted again, is enabling 2FA, passkeys, authentication codes etc, and keep logging into the account from your laptop, to gain trust over time I guess.
