  • Do you think that it was a bit dumb for developers not to be able to see everyone’s chats?
  • Do you see it as a risk for users if you aren’t able to moderate your game’s chat?
  • Do you not wanna wait much longer for roblox themselves to upload a version of this?

Well, uh, here it is!!

Pretty basic and crappy but it does the job!
This only displays players’ messages who you cant normally talk with.

To whitelist devs, just go into the “TextChatGlobal” script in ServerScriptService and put your developer’s userids there!

You also have a setting to see private chats!! (I wouldn’t recommend it but it is still here for you I guess..?)

I would worry this might be against TOS. Even though they’re adding something that will probably be very similar to this I wouldn’t doubt Roblox being stupid and punishing people for trying to do it on their own
