Did my clothing item get deleted?

(idk if this is the right category)

So, awhile ago I made a classic shirt item
and put it on sale then took it off sale (I was planning for it to be limited time or something)
but now I wanted to put it on sale,

I came to realise that its new name was something like “item_sOIGmmW8Xn”
idk what that means so I am unsure if I can just rename it and publish.

Does anyone have an idea what to do or what it means?

a good way to guess if it was deleted is to check if it’s contents are still on it (the shirt texture still exists).
