Welcome to Diòr Cafe
Diòr Cafe provides a warm and welcoming community for all members, and the Diòr Cafe’s extraordinary staff team makes sure to provide the best experience possible to our customers, as soon as you enter our fabulous group. We strive to hire professional and respectful workers every day to satisfy your needs whenever you visit. Our main goals are for each customer to enjoy themselves at the cafe.
This handbook will elaborate on distinct information and practices that are utilized regularly at Diòr Cafe. It will allow our staff members, management, and visitors to be aware of the functions at the cafe. For any questions or if you have anything you’d like to suggest to add to this handbook, you may forward them to any High Rank.

Rules & Guidelines
General Rules
Here at Diòr Cafe, we aim to maintain a friendly and comfortable environment for everyone. Failure to follow these rules may result in a kick, ban, or blacklist without hesitation.
[1] Trolling or intentionally disruptive behavior (e.g., dancing on tables, arguing) is strictly prohibited and may result in a kick or ban.
[2] Exploiting is not tolerated. Any signs of exploiting will result in a permanent ban.
[3] Inappropriate outfits are not allowed. This includes any clothing that is inappropriate, racist, vulgar, offensive, or unrealistic.
[4] Disruption such as excessive spamming or capital letters may result in removal from the server.
[5] Advertising of any kind (YouTube, Discord servers, groups, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
[6] Inappropriate use of voice chat is not tolerated and may result in a warning or kick.
The following rules apply only to staff members while on duty.
[7] Proper grammar, punctuation, and capitalization must be used while working.
[8] Hinting is not allowed. This includes asking for promotions or complimenting oneself. Consequences will be issued if caught.
[9] Staff must follow the dress code. Any inappropriate, vulgar, racist, offensive, or unrealistic outfit is prohibited.
[10] Trolling or misbehavior by staff will result in an immediate demotion.
[11] Staff are expected to work behind the counter and serve customers. Breaks are allowed, but slacking will result in consequences.
[12] Professionalism is required at all times during shifts and sessions.
[13] Customers may order up to 3 items at once. Premium members may order up to 6 items. If a customer does not comply, politely ask them to stop. If the issue continues, contact an MR+ immediately.

Low Ranks
Visitor
Visitors are members who visit our games, specifically the cafe. They may apply at the Application Center for the Trainee role and must be treated respectfully by all staff.
Honoured Visitor
Honoured Visitors are individuals who have significantly contributed to Diòr Cafe, have personal connections with the Chairman, or are reputable within the ROBLOX community. They are treated as customers with the utmost respect.
Not part of the rank system.
Business Partner
Business Partners represent allied ROBLOX cafe groups. They must be treated with respect at all times.

Trainee
Trainees are Diòr Cafe’s newest recruits. They have passed the Application Center and may attend trainings to become official employees.
Junior Barista
Junior Baristas are entry-level staff members. They may access the kitchen, serve customers, and handle minor trolling situations.
Barista
Baristas are more experienced staff members who can handle more difficult situations and are expected to set a positive example for lower ranks.
Experienced Barista
Experienced Baristas have attended multiple trainings and are expected to be highly knowledgeable, professional, and capable of mastering all recipes.
Middle Ranks
Employee Assistant
The first Middle Rank role. Employee Assistants are selected based on determination, activity, and maturity. They assist and moderate Low Ranks in-game and help during trainings.
Supervisor
Supervisors have demonstrated exceptional dedication. They supervise and assist all ranks below them, moderate in-game, and assist during trainings.
Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers have progressed through the first two MR roles with extreme dedication. They assist higher ranks, support lower ranks, moderate in-game, and assist in trainings.
Manager
Managers are exceptional Middle Ranks who have shown the highest level of maturity and respect. They moderate in-game, assist leadership, support staff, and co-host trainings.
High Ranks
Board of Directors
Board of Directors are hand-selected by a President or higher. They handle issues MRs cannot solve, assist Senior High Ranks, host trainings, and administer in-game. They are responsible for corporate and leadership duties.
Chief Operations Officer
Chief Operations Officers have shown outstanding commitment and professionalism. They host trainings, select and promote Middle Ranks, administer in-game, and manage daily operations.
Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officers are highly trustworthy and knowledgeable leaders. They host trainings, select and promote Middle Ranks, administer in-game, and oversee corporate leadership duties.
Leadership Team
Vice President
Vice Presidents have demonstrated exceptional commitment. They host trainings, select and promote Middle Ranks, administer in-game, and may co-lead leadership teams.
President
Presidents are the highest obtainable rank. They oversee major decisions, manage HR, lead leadership teams, and work closely with the Vice Chairman and Chairman.
Developer
Developers work on Diòr Cafe’s games, including scripting, building, and UI design.

Head Developer
Leads major development projects and oversees the development team.

The highest authority within Diòr Cafe. The Chairman makes all executive decisions and is responsible for the overall well-being of the group.

Training sessions are hosted daily and allow our Low Ranks to expand their knowledge of Diòr Cafe operations.

Shifts
Shifts are hosted randomly by our staff.
To check if a shift is currently active or scheduled:
- Monitor announcements in our communications server
- Check the group shout
Training Guidelines
- Hosts must join 10–15 minutes before the session begins
- All other roles must join 20 minutes before the session begins

Diòr Cafe is excited to welcome groups interested in forming an official alliance with us.
Alliances play an important role in the growth and success of Diòr Cafe and are treated as professional partnerships between established organizations.
We only seek high-quality groups that align with our values and standards. Both parties should benefit from the affiliation. Please note that applications may take up to 48 hours to be reviewed. Exceptions are not made unless deemed beneficial by Diòr Cafe.
Affiliation Requirements
- Your ROBLOX group must have at least 500 non-botted members
- Your group must maintain a clean and reputable standing within ROBLOX
- Your group must be willing to announce Dior Cafe events
- Your group must be active and consistently growing
- Your group must not use stolen or copied assets
- Your group must have an organized Discord server with 100+ non-botted members
- Your group must operate as a business (e.g. cafe, hotel, restaurant, etc.)
- You must send two representatives to Diòr Cafe to communicate and announce updates
- Your group must have high-quality games, logos, and branding
(Rushed or low-quality assets may result in declination)

View Promotion Requirements & Tips
We appreciate your interest in continuing your journey at Diòr Cafe.
This guide outlines the requirements, expectations, and helpful tips for being promoted from Experienced Barista to Employee Assistant.
Promotions are primarily earned through consistent hard work and meeting all requirements in-game. Alternatively, Employee Assistant applications may occasionally be posted in our communications server.
Promotion Guidelines
To be eligible for promotion, you must meet all of the following:
- At least 5,000 points
- A minimum of 2+ months as an Experienced Barista
- At least 10 total hours of gameplay in the cafe
- Must not be AFK during time requirements
(AFKing may result in demotion and loss of promotion eligibility) - Must be 13+ years old
- Must not have Safe Chat enabled
- Must be verified in our Discord server
Tips & Suggestions
- Work hard and remain active whenever you are in-game
- Use proper grammar at all times, both in-game and in our communications server
- Be helpful, respectful, and supportive toward all members
- Do not hint at promotions — patience and dedication are key
- Maintain professionalism and responsibility when handling situations
View Ban & Blacklist Appeal Information
Ban Appeal Information
If you have been banned from Diòr Cafe or our communications server, please contact a member of Staff Management for assistance.
You will be provided with a Ban Appeal Form to complete. Once submitted, your appeal will be reviewed and a decision will be made on whether your ban will be lifted or remain in place.
Blacklisted Affiliate Appeals
The Diòr Cafe Communications Department believes in giving groups an opportunity to redeem themselves.
If your group has been blacklisted from our affiliate list, it means there was a violation of our regulations, rules, or alliance requirements. However, misunderstandings can occur, and we recognize that there may be another side to the situation.
If you believe your group deserves reconsideration, please contact a member of our Public Relations Department to begin the appeal process.

A | Disruptive customers are given three warnings before further action is taken.
Q | Can Safe Chat users work here, and why?
A | Safe Chat is not permitted for MR+ roles. Some Low Ranks may have Safe Chat enabled.
Q | What is the order limit?
A | The standard order limit is 3 items per customer.
Q | Can I take a break during my shift?
A | Baristas may take short breaks when needed. However, staff are expected to remain productive for the majority of their shift.
Proper grammar must be used at all times, including during breaks.
Q | How do I prepare orders?
A | Order preparation is taught during training sessions. If you need a refresher, please refer to our Recipe Guide for step-by-step assistance.
