Game Rules
Following our rules when playing our game ensures smooth operations and a safe environment for all our players. Staff members are continuously monitoring our game strictly, ensuring these rules are followed.
Respect
Treat all members, staff, and management with respect and politeness. We do not tolerate anything other than respect, and you will be punished accordingly.
Hacks and Exploits
Hacking/exploiting our game disrupts our services and results in a permanent ban.
Spamming
Spamming or flooding our chats is never tolerated and disrupts our game from functioning correctly.
Raids/Protests
Raiding or protesting about any matter is not tolerated. If you have an issue regarding our game, open a ticket. If it is about IRL situations, protest in real life, not Dippin’ Donuts.
Chat bypassing
Never under any circumstances should you be chat bypassing. Not only does this go against our rules, it breaks Roblox TOS.
Glitching
Glitching into staff areas or restricted areas is a bannable offense if caught.
Rank Descriptions
Below is the list of ranks in our group, followed by a description and how to obtain this rank.
Valued Customer
Regular player in our group.
Business Affiliate
Special recognition rank for partners and affiliates.
Trainee
Player who has passed an application at the Application Centre. They must now complete training until they join our staffing team.
Staff Team
Junior Cashier
Obtained by passing training. Handles food preparation and customer service.
Cashier
Obtained by being promoted from Junior Cashier. Handles food preparation, customer service and basic restaurant operations.
Senior Cashier
Obtained by being promoted from a promotional shift. Handles food preparation, customer service and ensures lower cashiers understand their duties.
Management Team
Team Leader
Obtained by being promoted from Senior Cashier in a promotional shift. Hosts shifts, handles any in-game issues, and supervises lower ranked staff.
Store Supervisor
Obtained by being promoted from Team Leader. Hosts shifts, handles any in-game issues, and supervises lower ranked staff.
Assistant Manager
Obtained by purchasing the rank via our game passes or being promoted from Store Supervisor. Hosts shifts, handles any in-game issues, and supervises lower ranked staff.
Store Manager
Obtained by being promoted from Assistant Manager in a promotional shift. Hosts shifts, handles any in-game issues, and supervises lower ranked staff.
Area Manager
Obtained by being promoted from Store Manager. Hosts shifts, handles any in-game issues, and supervises lower ranked staff.
Regional Manager
Obtained by being promoted from Area Manager. Hosts shifts, handles any in-game issues, and supervises lower ranked staff.
Booster
Obtained by boosting our Discord Server. Helps manage staff, handles customer issues and oversees kitchen operations.
Automation
Automated systems and bots.
Corporate Team
Intern Corporate
Obtained by being promoted from Regional Manager or passing an application. Hosts trainings, moderates the game and Discord, and deals with lower ranked staff.
Junior Corporate
Obtained by being promoted from Intern Corporate/passing intern trial. Moderates Discord and Roblox, deals with their departmental tasks and answers tickets within Discord, also hosts training and shifts.
Senior Corporate
Obtained by being promoted from Junior Corporate. Moderates Discord and Roblox, deals with their departmental tasks and answers tickets within Discord, also hosts training and shifts.
Head Corporate
Obtained by being promoted from Senior Corporate. Moderates Discord and Roblox mainly, and hosts shifts and training. Deals with tickets and co-managing their department.
Director
Obtained by being promoted from Head Corporate. Moderates Discord and Roblox, manages their department, answers tickets and watches and manages all staff.
Development Team
Developer
Obtained by passing a development application or being contacted by Ownership. Has no game access, deals with things and buildings externally.
Ownership Team
Vice Chairman
Obtained by being selected by the Chairman. Manages all company related issues and progression/development. Manages and oversees all operations and Corporate Team.

Unobtainable. Manages all company related issues and progression/development. Manages and oversees all company operations.
Working at Dippin' Donuts
To start your journey working at Dippin’ Donuts, follow the steps below.
Application
Head to our Application Centre and take our short quiz! If you pass, you will be ranked to Trainee, allowing you to continue to training.
Application Centre
Training
If you are a trainee, you cannot work in the kitchen or assist customers until you are fully trained. Following the application, you will train to become a Junior Cashier and learn all restaurant operations.
Training times are not scheduled and all training times can be found on the board in the restaurant or via the #training-sessions channel in our Discord.

Staff Rules
Being a staff member comes with responsibilities. You are trusted with these, therefore you must follow our simple rules when working and representing Dippin’ Donuts.
Treat all other employees with respect, kindness, and politeness
Remain professional at all times and act appropriately.
Do not ask for a promotion at any time, that is hinting, and it is not allowed. Continue to work hard and attend shifts, and you will have a higher chance of being promoted.
Wear the correct uniform for your rank, found in the uniform room. This includes a staff headset and lanyard.
Staff Responsibilities
As stated in the staffing rules above, all staff members have duties and responsibilities for their rank. Find these below.
Staff Team
Senior Cashier, Cashier & Junior Cashier are responsible for:
- Assisting customers with general inquiries
- Cooking and preparing food orders
- Cleaning the kitchen and restaurant areas
- Helping customers with their orders
- Serving customers efficiently
- Operating the POS
Management Team
All ranks under the Management Team are responsible for:
- Assisting customers with general inquiries
- Hosting shifts within the game
- Helping at training sessions
- Assisting the staff team
- Assisting with general moderation of the restaurant
Corporate Team
All ranks under the Corporate Team are responsible for:
- Managing the staff team and ranks below them
- Answering Discord tickets
- Hosting shifts and trainings
- Moderating the Discord and Roblox game
- Overseeing restaurant operations

Forgotten something from your training? Haven’t been in-game for a while and need a refresher? Everything you need to know about cooking items in our game is below!
Claiming an Order
- Check the Kitchen Display screen for available orders
- Type !claim ORDERNO in chat (e.g., !claim 001) to claim it
- You can only have one claimed order at a time
Cooking Waffles
- Grab a FrozenWaffle or FrozenChocWaffle from the freezer
- Go to the Waffle Press
- Hold the frozen waffle and interact with the prompt
- Wait for cooking to finish - you’ll receive a notification once complete
- Collect Waffle or ChocWaffle from press
- Hold the cooked waffle and use the tray station to place it on the tray
- Review the order and add any requested toppings (fruit/syrup) at the stations
Cooking Pancakes
- Grab a FrozenPancake or FrozenChocPancake from the freezer
- Go to the Pancake Grill
- Hold the frozen pancake and interact with the prompt
- Wait for cooking to finish - you’ll receive a notification once complete
- Collect Pancake or ChocPancake from grill
- Hold the cooked pancake and use the tray station to place it on the tray
- Review the order and add any requested toppings (fruit/syrup) at the stations
Using the Fryer
- Grab the required frozen item (FrozenFries, FrozenPopcornChicken, etc.) from the freezer
- Go to the Deep Fat Fryer
- Hold the frozen item and interact with a fryer basket using the prompt
- Wait for frying to finish - you’ll receive a notification once complete
- Collect the cooked item (Fries, PopcornChicken, etc.) from the fryer
- Meal Assembly: Hold the main item (e.g., PopcornChicken) and the side (e.g., Fries) and use the tray station to combine onto the tray
- Adding Dip: For chicken trays, review the order and add any requested dip (BBQ/Ketchup/Mayo) at the dip station
Making a Chicken Wrap
- Grab a FrozenChickenWrap from the freezer and cook it using the Deep Fat Fryer to get CookedWrap
- Hold the CookedWrap and use the tray station to place it on the tray, creating the Chicken Wrap
- Note: No toppings or dips can be added to wraps
Adding Sweet Toppings
- Hold the tray (Waffle/Pancake) requiring sweet toppings
- Go to the appropriate station (Fruit or Syrup)
- Interact with the station using the prompt while holding the tray to add the topping
Adding Dips
- Hold the tray (Chicken/Popcorn Chicken meal) requiring a dip
- Go to the Dip Station (BBQ/Ketchup/Mayo)
- Interact with the station using the prompt while holding the tray to add the dip
Completing an Order
- Ensure the order is fully prepared on the final tray
- Unequip any items you are holding
- Type !complete ORDERNO in chat, replacing ORDERNO with the actual order number (e.g., !complete 001)
