I am making a Find The Button type game. Since I do not want to make maps myself for updates, I want to offer players to submit their own maps in my Discord server. If I use their map I will pay them robux. I also want to promote this in the game and in the game description, saying something along the lines of; “Submit Your Maps In The Discord For Robux!!!” Is this at all against ToS? Is there a way I can do this without breaking the Tos?
Just refer the prize in discord, do not reference giveaways or prizes of robux on platform.
If you have the money to do so, make talent hub job’s for other people to work for.

This will likely be taken as directing users off-platform, which is a warning in the best case scenario…because it’s not allowed. I don’t recall whether it was Terms of Service or Community Standards, though.
I recommend doing as frostilism said, which is only mentioning it in your Discord server.
