Distribution of the Verified Badge

Recently, I managed to popularize a game, and my community naturally started to grow a lot. As a result, both the group and the holding account received the verified badge. However, for some reason, my main account and those of my two friends who have the developer role did not receive the badge!

I understand that the verified badge feature is still in testing, but from what I read in the badge topic, everyone with a contributor role in the group was supposed to receive it together. In our case, that didn’t happen… Could you grant us the badges? I will leave the group link and profiles in the staff-only section.

IIRC, those contributors must have 10% or more automatic group payout

Do they at least have 10% or more in automatic group payouts?

The old requirement was being a contributor and having 10k followers but was changed to this a while ago

Hey Vexot! Yeah Ik, and they have more than 20%!

We reach all those requirements

If the percentage was applied recently or after the verified badge assignment, you might need to wait until next verification wave

If the percentage wasn’t applied too recently, I would also make sure that the percentage is paid out as a percentage of the Experience’s revenue, not the Community’s total revenue. I experienced an issue with that setup, where the verified badge was only applied once we made sure that the revenue was paid out from the Experience directly.

To check this, go to the Creator Hub, and make sure that you select the specific Community that owns the game on the top left, right below the Roblox icon. Then, navigate to Finances → Payouts and you should see two tabs at the top: ‘Group’ and ‘Experiences’. Make sure that the payout displays on the Experiences tab, not the Group tab.

If that’s not the issue either, then I’m really not sure, but you may want to wait until the next verification wave to see if it’s not just some sort of delayed recognition.
