Hello, I’m Daniel Bautista. Some of my songs have been part of Roblox games such as Creeper Chaos, Left 4 Survival, Combat Initiation, Pilgrammed or Forsaken. I am reporting a critical failure in the music ingestion pipeline between DistroKid and the Roblox Creator Store.
Despite successful delivery confirmation from my distributor, two full albums (30 tracks total) are completely missing from the library. The oldest one has been missing for over 5 months, which exceeds any reasonable curation timeframe.
Asset Details & ISRC Ranges:
Album: Bestiarium (15 tracks) | ISRC: QT6E82553059 - QT6E82553073 | Sent: Oct 2025
Album: Archaeological Sessions Vol. 3 (15 tracks) | ISRC: QZRP52667733 - QZRP52667747 | Sent: March 2026
Technical Context: I am aware of the recent discussions regarding “Delisted” assets and curation delays mentioned by @AngelEthereal. However, these tracks are not even searchable by ISRC or title. I have verified that I own 100% of the rights and they are not registered with PROs (as per Roblox requirements).
Roblox Support Ticket: #164299861 (No human response yet).
Could a member of the Content Engineering Team verify if these are stuck in the manual review queue or if there is a metadata mismatch preventing the indexation?
Thank you for your time.

Hi there, thanks for surfacing your concern. Can you please confirm that your albums on Distrokid have Roblox selected on the list that appears under “Add to more stores”?

Hey, @AngelEthereal, thank you for answering!
Yes, both albums have the ‘Submitted to Roblox’ option active.
I have succesfully uploaded my previous 34 albums in the past. It’s just these last two the ones that haven’t been approved here, it seems.
Thanks for confirming!
We looked into our system and found that there was indeed a bad ingestion attempt with your first album. We did a manual re-upload and you should now observe it on Creator Store (example: Praying Mantis track from Bestiarium). We apologize that this album did not go through a re-ingest attempt until now and thank you for flagging this to us.
Regarding your second album, there was detected similarity in certain tracks to previously distributed material. As a result, this album was not sent to Roblox since it does not align with the quality guidelines defined by Roblox.
Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns.

Oh, thank you so much for the re-ingestion of the Bestiarium album, @AngelEthereal ! So glad!
About the last album, is there a problem with new versions of old songs then? I completely re-recorded (and re-mixed and re-mastered) some tracks used in Forsaken, Pilgrammed and Combat Initiation as a gift for my Roblox fans and a tribute for the Roblox devs who chose my music for their games the past year. Could you indicate me the exact guidelines which deal with that kind of new re-recording versions? Just to know and understand them and don’t send those albums to Roblox next time.
Again, thank you for taking the time to solve the problem!
Hi again, it seems that your remixing matched against content that you do not own, even if you noted that you were remixing previous content. This is a detection done on DistroKid’s end; our guidelines are that, if a detection occurs, then do not send us the content.
If you’re certain that you were only remixing your previous work, then I’d advise you to reach out to DistroKid instead; we did not receive the album and so cannot comment further on it. So sorry and wishing you the best!
