Do email reported bugs ever get listed under #bugs-reports?

There’s a little more to this than what I put in the title. Recently I emailed the support email regarding 2 bugs, one which got solved, the inability to access one of my places (Solved with reverting place version), and lastly Riley’s head shuts down my Studio application and Roblox player all the same on Mobile.

Main reason I am making this topic & questions is because I have tried reporting it to one staff member on the forum because the lack of access, then reported it via Email to receive a “building and scripting tutorial” which is irrelevant to the ticket.

So here’s a few questions, including the one mentioned in the title:

  1. When reporting bugs via support, is it better to create a separate ticket for each bug, or combine similar cases, or just load them all into one email ( : ?

  2. Do any of the reported bugs find their way to the #bug-reports category when/after reported to Email Support?

  3. Is there a more reliable method of reporting a bug that doesn’t include Email support or creating a Topic just as I did to get this noticed? (Yes I’ve read anything I could about #bug-reports in the about section but never suggests an alternative)

  4. Lastly, this is the bug that I’ve occurred: Does duplicating the head of the Skinned Avatar on studio, shut down anyone else’s application?
