Multiple times I’ve tried to scan my friends’ and families’ connection QR codes, but it just sent me to their profile and nothing changed. I just don’t know what to do.. help please?

Yeah, Trusted Connections just don’t work right now. Another shoddy bugged rollout forced on the masses before it was properly tested for issues.
