Hello, I’m interested in a material glitch, there are a lot of similar visual bugs on my map (as in the video below), they appear only when walking, they are not visible to ordinary players, they are outside the map, I know how to remove them, but the question is whether this affects somehow on the performance of the game? Is it worth spending time fixing these glitches?

Z-fighting can generally affect performance, but the severity depends on the amount of competing surfaces on the screen. Todays computers are far too fast to be even negligibly impacted by a couple of flickering surfaces. It also depends on how Roblox’s render engine handles overlapping parts. Maybe it does some caching and other small optimizations. I’ve never seen Z-fighting in workspace as anything but a visually unpleasant glitch, though I haven’t done any tests with a sizable amounts of Z-fighting.
Does Z-fighting impact server perforamnce? No, it’s a rendering issue. Does Z-fighting occur offscreen? No.
