As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to disable the irritating message boxes whenever you go into another section of Roblox studio’s settings, or close it. I think a “do not show me again button” would help this issue, it’ll make accessing studio’s settings more convenient for users with some experience.

You’re talking about popups such as ‘Some changes may not have an effect until you restart Roblox’, correct? Make sure you’re specific so we know what exactly is the problem 
I agree that they are annoying (especially when you haven’t made any changes at all !! )
