Does a looping sound inside a part cause ping/performance issues?

I’m unsure if this is something that goes to art design support but, few months ago I had a looping sound inside a radio in my game and it might’ve made the ping over 1000 for some people? I’m unsure if that was the case and if it was caused by something else, but from that day on I’ve completely avoided sounds. but now I need a looping sound that plays with the music script there already is. is it safe to just put normal looping sound inside a part in those areas? or do I just make some kind of region script for it?

Not that I know of, but it shouldn’t be causing any issues, especially with ping. Unless you’re duplicating the sound. In that case, it may cause ping issues.

Sounds will only cause high ping if it is high quality or very big.
