I am searching days for them and cant find anything that would match them somehow;
I have found that those ROBLOX tablet gears have some decals but they are not useful and low quality.

what parts are you looking for specifically? and is there a reason you cant recreate the elements yourself?

Well if you have the ones you want you can either use them or recrate them.
If I were to remake them id put the images in photopea and scale them up, then make a new layer and trace over them on a new layer or clean them up so the edges are smooth.
