Does anyone know how to get a paint stroke background?

Hi! Does anyone know how get a paint stroke background, here’s an example of a group with it:

I have always wanted to know how to get the background, do you need a certain photoshop app?

Brushes layered on top of eachother with the opacity lowered. I recommend venturing to the Roblox Graphics Community server as they have a channel for stuff like that there.

I cannot join if it’s a communication server because my discord account is currently disable. What app should I use for the background?

I don’t know, I personally use Photoshop CS6 but depending on your program, you may have to come up with an alternative. Also, if your Discord account is disabled, you can search on google free brush PNGs and see if you get lucky.
