Most of them are made from Photoshop, but you can find some free ones on Panzoid.

They’re all different, some of them are legit artwork that people draw.

Yo im pretty sure it is but they like changed it in photoshop and made the edge electric? 
How do you mean? It’s not just raw text because that would be almost unsightly regardless of the font. They would use the font to create an outline for their design.
yeah that’s definitely the font they used.
the most similar text i know is QUARTZO.
you can’t achieve what you see in that image just by a font, there’s a lot of modification going on in there. (Gradient, inner glow, drop shadow, outer glow, shiny overlays…)
really similar and i would say better results can be achieved by using QUARTZO as the base text/layer and them modifying over it for desired effects.
Google, find font by image and upload these images on there and you’ll get the names of the fonts
