OP is trying to sell music to users, so it would mostly fit here. It doesn’t meet the requirements to fit into portfolios as it lacks any sort of demonstration of OP’s skill; however, it doesn’t necessarily fit into this category either. I suggest that OP adds some of his previous work to the thread and then move it to #public-collaboration:public-portfolios.
